That is his visit here following recent police killing in Portland. The location somewhere in NorthEast Portland, desperately poor mostly black neighborhood. Their church full of people more than 1000 and they were all at times quite animated. Not a single uniformed police person in sight same with their marked cars, likely though they had some undercover. Not so in Portland proper, tons of them everywhere, here is one "goon" in the Washington Park:
